After a pipe burst in my basement the insurance company suggested I call ServePro. I had worked with them nine years ago and knew their work to be very good. They responded the next day to evaluate the problem and begin work. They completed the work in record time. When a problem was discovered three months later, they returned and made the correction at their expense. I am VERY PLEASED with all of the people who demolished and then rebuilt my basement rooms. I recommend ServePro.
Had a sudden catastrophic ceiling collapse in our Living Room in the middle of the night. Called ServePro the next day (the Friday before Christmas 12/23), and they had Greg out to our house to look at the job, even though it was his day off. He coordinated with our Insurance Company, and set everything up for first thing Monday morning, including a dumpster, quite the feat on a Friday afternoon before Christmas. Everything went as planned on Monday morning, despite the rush of service calls ServePro received over the weekend for busted pipes from the freezing temps. Greg and his crew worked tirelessly all day on the demo of the remaining ceiling that needed to come down, and the clean up of the Hell of a mess that the collapse made. They put a HEPA filter in our living room, and have left it here for a few days to clean the air. I can not express our gratitude to the entire staff at ServePro for their quick, and professional attention to our problem. Sometimes, the "Big Guys" get a bad rap, but this outfit ain't one of them.
