The facility is dirty and very much worth less then one star n idk why it’s still open need to do better and then leaving patients in basically their own filth is so so wrong DO BETTER
I used to work there as the Activities Director and loved my job and the residents however was very overworked and underpaid. Had to do multiple departments without compensation. Furniture in office was falling apart didn’t have equipment to do the job and had to use personal equipment. When corporate was notified they did nothing to fix the many issues that was going on. They are always understaffed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone either as a resident or as a staff member.
Fell do to staff not doing they're job. You turn on light and a half hour later they may check to see what you need . Fell at scales because they didn't want to put me and wheelchair on, then the chair and subtract the chair.
