The tow truck driver Terry was great. Responded promptly and was very professional. The tow hook cover on my car got broken when he went to remove it. He took full responsibility for the replacement of it. If I need any services from AAA again I would very much like to request having Terry do my work. Thanks -Denis

Just want to compliment the driver that helped me yesterday with my tow. He took great care to not damage my motorhome when towing under adverse conditions(cars and trucks going closely by while hooking up) wet road that he had to crawl around on. Very personable, professional and obviously knew what he was doing! He gets an A plus in my book.

Nick helped me a put on a spare but also called me back when he saw someone bothering me as he drove off. I appreciate him looking out for his customer even after the job was done. Thanks Nick!
