    Actually, I didn't deal with Apria at all. The ordering was all done by my healthcare (Kaiser Permenante Medicare Advantage). I was told that arrival of my CPAP would be delayed by the ever present supply chain issues, it nonetheless arrived in a week or so. I'm very happy with it.

    Jen with Apria Direct was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me, answering any questions I had & followed up with me. I haven't started using my cpap yet due to having Covid & trying to recover. Jen was very polite & professional & a pleasure to deal with. She provided exceptional customer service!

    I have been a customer of Apria for 40 months now and I have zero complaints about their service. Always prompt and courteous. Replacement parts and equipment always delivered as scheduled. The only gripe I have is that sometimes a refurbished replacement machine is not up to par and fails prematurely. But, I call, and if it's something major, they are at my door the same day or the next. I am serviced by the Hagerstown, MD office. I'm GOOD!
