“The staff is great, Dr Clark does an incredible job with injections but I notice service around him has been going downhill over the last couple years and it’s causing me to get mentally burned out running around by them for continuous treatment. The wait times are getting crazy to near an hour to be seen. If my nervous system makes me react during visit he doesn’t finish my injections. The constant nagging follow ups for a simple muscle injection and if I’m not there for more than a few months because of waiting to hit deductible I need reevaluated to get injections again. The billing department needs a huge updating as well.“
