When looking at installing a custom pool we checked with a few companies before going with Masten. The price was the best of all the quotes we received and they were able to get us on the schedule sooner than anyone else.Was there some communication issues at times? Yes, but all issues were resolved in an adequate time after they were discussed.I was able to be around during most of the installation and the installers were very friendly and explained what they were doing at each step along the way.Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new pool.Service: Custom Swimming pool design
We were referred to Masten Pools by a friend who used them several years ago and was extremely happy. From the initial sales meeting to the final rough grade, all of the employees were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is our first inground pool so we had a lot of questions.
