As a new patient I was not informed of my actual appointment time. They called and texted and emailed me only to informed me of the arrival time I soon found out! So I expected to been since at the time they expressed so greatly and aggressively to be there at noon don’t be late as they were speaking to children, as instructed I arrived at 11:45am with printed documents in hand to file out additional paperwork I had already completed during pre registration then to be told after waiting 30min after my arrival that my actual my appointment is at 12:30pm not noon. I was referred to Dr Hussain by my chiropractor for neck and spine issues. Dr H made me feel comfortable right away. He showed me my MRI and explained what I was looking at. He asked a lot of questions trying to dig deep into what i was experiencing. He explained my treatment options and made sure I understood everything he was telling me.
