So i recently went to what they call an “urgent care”. Thats a joke to start. I waited atleast 45 minutes to be put after people who came after me, its like they choose who they wanna call in next instead of following the list. The list should be first come, first serve because that’s how urgent cares work. The front desk staff? Incompetent. They cant answer simple questions, almost seems like they dont know what theyre doing. Doctors are great, but the staff needs to go back to school or atleast get better management or get one if they dont have one. And to top it all off the urgent care looks like its in disarray. The doctor who was supposed to be there for urgent care hours left because “there were no patients arriving”. Got there well before closing and the office was unlocked and open but no one was inside. Seems unsafe.

The receptionist failed to even acknowledge me for 10 minutes, yet the she had to time to have a quick conversation with the UPS worker. I just got the "wait finger" after going up the window the second time.Heading somewhere else now. This place is a sad excuse for an urgent care facility.
