“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost. Mark took a look at the door and, while agreeing that the door had been installed poorly, suggested he might only have to re-hang the door. So that is where we began. And finished. He was correct, my door only needed to be rehung and not only did he do a wonderful job, and in an incredibly timely manner, he saved me a LOT of money. Four great things about working with Lisa and Leroy (1) Budget - yes, they are expensive, but they were great at working within our budget range and never going over. They also never made me feel bad or uncomfortable when I didn't want to splurge on something (2) we hired Lisa and Leroy for interior design, but also ended up loving how they planned the functionality of the space. swivel chairs between the living space and the kitchen. a fizzy water faucet. wonderfully designed cabinet spaces. more windows and light. etc. (3) execution - every week we received detailed emails from Katie letting us know what would be happening and when - re: construction. everything moved along so well and we never felt "in the dark" regarding progress on a large renovation (4) the overall space is unique and original, just like I wanted. it's both incredibly functional in serving the needs of our family and incredibly beautiful. “My husband called two companies Saturday morning May 18th. The first company’s phone message said go on line and we’ll assist you. The second call was to Najera’s Services LLC. He was amazed that an employee actually answered the phone. She proceeded to request some information which we forwarded and within an hour we received an estimate to have our Armstrong LVT installed in our entry way. We accepted the reasonable labor cost estimate. On Sunday the contractor showed up and installed the flooring that we previously purchased.
