We purchased toilets from Lowes in La Vale MD around mid July 2021. We were contacted by Lanteigne Plumbing shortly thereafter. We were advised to purchase some braided tubing that were not actually included in original qualifying purchase. They expressed concern that the toilets we bought might not actually work but that we would have to wait until they got here to see for sure if it could be a completed job. We also got some bidet sprayers and offered to pay him extra to install those. We ordered those separately and had those waiting. A day or two before the first install was to take place we were advised of a needed reschedule. So we agreed to that. Then when that day came, we were advised of a second need to reschedule, so we agreed to that. Then when that day came i waited for them to show. He did call while i was out walking my dogs and i did not get his message. I called an hour later asking if he would still be coming. He said no that he was already on his next job and we would again need to reschedule. Contacted lowes only to discover that he never even picked up the toilets for install as we agreed with lowes. So we were left with the impression that he had the merchandise but after 3 reschedules hed never even gone by to pick them up! So i spoke to a store manager who then recommended i go through handy to have the job reassigned which is what i did.
