They scheduled me for 12:15, got to the office only to see a sign “lunch break returning at 1”. There was a person that was behind a corner sitting down and they refused to answer my greeting to confirm appointment status. Went online and saw that they cancelled my appointment with absolutely no communication. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication.
The very worst experience dealing with an office with no professionalism, no sense of urgency and disrespectful to add insult to injury l! Don’t go here if you want quality care!
Really disappointed in this office and Dr. Allen! If I could give a zero I would. I went to get lab testing and when I got the results back in my portal no one called me. I am not in the medical field and cannot interpret these results. Naturally I email the doctor in the portal and call the office. A Graciela indicated in the portal someone would call me and that someone tried to twice. Turns out they called the wrong number. My first visit I told them my phone number and of course wrote it down in my first visit documents so why they would call a completely different number is beyond me. It takes nothing to read.
