“TSPEC [Technical Specialties] is my I.T. Solutions provider. My company and I have had an excellent relationship with TSPEC for several years. TSPEC is my sole provider for both sales and solutions. She is the most talented and knowledgeable, and can get results when no one else can; a true professional. As the saying goes, "They broke the mold when they created Teri". Their network engineers, which TSPEC has an abundance of, are the Best in the industry and are so easy to work with. Their cabling division is also the Best. It has been 3 years since TSPEC set up our large-scale WAP network. It consists of over 80 Meraki state-of-the art access points using the Meraki Dashboard (a great GUI tool and management console). Our WAP network has been flawless the entire 3 years. I am the I.T. Manager and have not heard any complaints the entire time. We use Zebra handheld computers for scanning inventory throughout the 300 sq. ft. with excellent signal, all the time, (it's incredible). No complaints but compliments. :) Our servers and workstations also run great after 3 years as well. They have great management and are the nicest people. I buy all my subscriptions, equipment, supplies through TSPEC. Their pricing is great for labor costs as well. “Well brought in my PS4 Pro bc not a single game could run on it without crashing immediately, thought it was bc of the Heat since I hadn't opened it up since i bought it (2017) but Cleaning the dust & applying new Thermal Paste helped only for a day before the problem began again, so I took it to this shop & they figured out the problem was with the mother board, they replaced the the motherboard, & replaced/changed the power cord & reformatted my hardrive (so the new motherboard would fit). There was a issue when I initially received it back but bc they are so responsive when you text them we were able to solve it in just a fee days, they were quick & efficient with both repair sessions, never met either worker but their helper was kind & very accommodating. I gave a four bc all my data was wiped when they reformatted my drive(without asking) but the only permanent loss is videos for my YT & all my screenshots. would've loved a chance to back them up but again they did a great job & am happy to have my system be as quiet as the day I bought him.“
