“Great service and ellie goes out of her way to fix any issues.

One of the hair stylist messed up my daughter’s hair after sitting there 3 hours and charged me ~$200. Ellie called me and apologized for the bad result and refund the charge . Few weeks later, Ellie worked on my daughter’s hair and fixed the damaged hair. My daughter was super happy with the result and Ellie wasn’t going to charge me after spending 3hours on her. I insisted and paid for her great work.

I was very amazed with her professionalism and her superb customer service.
