Excellent customer service! Called 3pm on Thursday and Mike came Friday morning around 730am pumped septic, and snaked drain, problem solved. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, and appreciated the quick service! He even told us how to submit to county for $100.00 rebate on very reasonable cost! We've been using their service for over 20 years and will continue calling them as needed!
Two words: Knowledgeable and Trustworthy. We bought a home that was an estate sale and the drawings left were inaccurate so we had no clue where the clean out was. We had a back up and were in desperate need of help. First we called another company and they scammed us for $1,000. These guys came out, located it very quickly and pumped it! They charged us their normal septic pumping rate.
Best septic service out there, the customer care was 10/10. Especially one man named Michael, he was very dedicated with making sure my septic issue was resolved. Thanks so much I recommend this company and Michael.
