Community Healthcare Inc. based in Maryland with a locate branch in Greensboro Nc. hired me to transport clients to medical appointments. My employer Leah would often yell and verbally threaten me when the job was not done to her satisfaction. This company would accept clients from distances to far to be able to be picked up on time. I received a speeding ticket and they use equipment not up to spec to safety standards. An older lady was left in the heat to the point of dehydration and I was fired for allowing her to purchase a drink to prevent sun stroke. On more than one occasion the company gas card was declined and I had to use my own card to facilitate transport of clients. I was terminated without notice and was refused my final paycheck of 34 hours at 11.00 an hour. This company is run unproffesionally by an angry woman who is verbally abusive to her subordinates. I was told I would not receive my final paycheck and had to file a claim with the Department of Labor. This company withheld a 300.00 plus final paycheck. The Department Head in Maryland Carmen told me no hours were recorded even though I had proof of employment and said if I did not like it feel free to do what I need to. When I went for my final check I was told dont return or the police would be called to escort me out. Do not work for this company they may or may not pay you.

Stay far away from this company. They're con-artists, liars and thieves. They have no respect for their clients or employees. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. They will fire employees off of emotions. They're so dysfunctional that they didn't even take the time to update their business address.
