I’ll only go to this location. After having less than positive experiences at other visionworks locations, I came here & had the pleasure of being helped by Megan. Now this is the only place I go. Megan is always so incredibly kind, helpful & knowledgeable. She takes care of glasses like children. ?

The doctors who performed my exams were great but Megan (in the front) was exceptional. Her rapport with the customers showed that she pays a lot of attention to them - remembering who they are and what they're like, or if the customer discussed something in their life previously. Her personality feels like an immediate friendship while she still maintains professionalism and clearly knows everything about her job like the back of her hand.

The glen burnie location is the best. I was seen on time for my appt and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Megan,the General Manager made my time there even better as she is a ray of sunshine,very funny and helpful
