Theresa Nguyen is the consummate pro: capable and pleasant. She does basic eyewear repair quickly, and answers all my questions. That’s why I don’t mind driving a little out of my way to get to the North Arundel Kaiser.

Theresa Nguyen was the optician who assisted me. Because of my prescription, I was having a very difficult time getting glasses that worked correctly, and had gone through 3 different pairs of glasses from another vision center. Theresa was extremely helpful, informative and informed. She made the process simple, her suggestions were on target. She really knows her stuff. It was a pleasure to deal with her.
