“I have been friends with Hugh for about 5 years. I knew he was good at what he does, but it wasn't until I signed up for this 12 week transformation that I learned first hand just how good and knowledgeable he really is. I have lost over 20lbs, my endurance and activity level is way up. I have dropped 4 holes in my belt. I actually had to buy a new belt. I fit in my old pants. I had a goal to play 2v2 volleyball successfully for more than a half of a game before getting tired. This last Friday, I just played 5 games in a row without a break and I know its because of this 12 week transformation. I have worked with 7 other nutrition coaches in my lifetime and Hugh was by far the most thorough coach I have ever had. You get what you pay for. Hugh is the best coach money can buy. All the coaches in my past focused on getting me results today which put me in a yoyo diet mentality. Even though Hugh wanted me to achieve my goals, he taught me it is more important to establish lifelong habits that will help me stick to them and not just go back to my old ways. Hugh does not only focus on nutrition and activity like all my other coaches did, but he also focuses on consistency, sleep, water, meal planning, and mindful eating. I tend to beat myself up every time I have a "bad" day, but Hugh taught me that I don't have to be guilty over a day of indulgences but that I can get back on track and work towards my goals today. He is always a text away for anything. He was awesome at helping me get back on track. He would kindly ask me "what 1 thing are you going to do today to help you reach your goals?" “I have previous Krav Maga experience from another gym and was looking to transition to a gym that aligned more with my values and beliefs. I attended several upper level classes at Watchdog, as well as the cardio kickboxing classes and definitely enjoyed them. Those cardio kickboxing classes were super challenging and fun. The upper level classes were great as well, though I noticed minute differences in the Watchdog techniques than what I'd previously learned. I liked the Watchdog take on things, but had a hard time transitioning my style after having slightly different training for so long. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the martial arts classes, and the instructors were as nice and welcoming as they were experts in the discipline. It reminded me of better times at my past gym, and I felt good whenever I was at Watchdog. Alas, by the time I signed up with Watchdog, I was burned out on the discipline, and I ended up canceling my contract. However, if I ever get the urge to do Krav again, Watchdog is where I will go. Definitely recommend.“

“It's just my 2nd day trial. I am already going further than my efforts when I was with Merrit Club, staff is small and largely stays in their places to be. It's intimate - quiet (thus far). The members I've met friendly and respectful. I am there exclusively for the rowing machine. Now I find myself able to really give myself to boxing. My warm ups and cool downs are enjoyable due to the fact that the club is not over run with traffic but that's simply due to its size. Plus, the music is good. I wear my earphones way less when there.“

Gym good equipped and not over crowded. Pool same thing. It’s a place meant for relaxation! I was impressed by the cleanliness and the smell reflecting it. Anywhere you go it smells nice and is spot clean! Definitely recommended to anyone. Family, kids, individuals. Anyone that is kind fits. The place is fantastic. “Where should I begin?! I had been on the fence about trying CrossFit, having been intimidated by a few boxes I tried. But Old Line changed my perception completely!
My experience here has been very pleasant, from the very first email/text inquiry I sent them, to every class I have been to. Annie has been very prompt in setting me up for a free drop-in class, the subsequent Foundation classes, and initiating my membership. Melissa is a personable coach who is very patient with my questions (and over-thinking mind) during the Foundation classes. Jason is super knowledgeable in correcting my forms. Every coach I have met is very professional and approachable. The class-goers are diverse. The WODs are carefully planned with a huge variety. The classes are well structured with scaling options.
The facility is very clean, organized, and HUGE with a nice lounge and 3 bathrooms/showers.
They use Wodify to help you reserve/sign-in to classes, track your progress, check out the leaderboards, and even look up movements/techniques. Their website is up-to-date with membership options that include pricing - a feature that I really appreciate, because not that many boxes have their pricing listed anywhere.
Besides CrossFit, they offer open gym, yoga classes, CrossFit Kids. They also host a plethora of community events and training.
