awful do not make an appointment here. i called to reschedule and their next available was in july and i showed up 5 mins late and the doctor refused to see me and gave me a rescheduled apt in oct i cancelled the appointment and made an appointment at another ophthalmologist. downright outrageous.

I don't know what the employees working at the front desk are doing there for.I called to cancel my reservation date, so I canceled my reservation.And a few weeks later, I called again to make a reservation a little earlier, but I had already canceled the reservation, but it wasn't canceled.So I asked and she said I had already canceled the reservation and she didn't tell me anything.So I asked her to cancel the reservation again and she told me that the reservation was cancelled.But the next day, I received a message saying that I had made a reservation for April. I don't know who made the reservation, but I didn't make a reservation. So did... read full review

The doctors are very competent. The people at the front are rude, self-centered idiots and they destroy the experience. My final encounter was being bounced from person to person, trying to explain myself repeatedly, and kept on hold for over half an hour. No matter how good the doctors are, you still have to deal with the front desk staff. I recommend you find another eye practice for your optical care.
