“I've had phenomenal experience with David and Bob, the two owners of Arundel Contracting. I found the company as the licensed installer of Duradek membrane. I hired them to fix the small second-floor balcony, which was leaking, resulting in wet spots in the first-floor family room. In all our interactions, starting with the estimates, to the negotiations, to the actual construction, the two contractors displayed very high skill, professionalism, and punctuality. They were very accessible and easy to communicate with. David and Bob indicated all the flaws in the original balcony construction and explained how they will make sure that the new balcony will not leak. They started the job when they promised to start and completed it within a short period despite some unexpected issues. The did most of the job by themselves.
