“Ron Green, master plumber from Prime Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. He truly evaluated the plumbing issues taking the time to show and explain the cause and resolution. Ron also pointed out, and showed me some things that needed replacement to prevent further issues during our thorough walk through, both inside and outside this old house. He typed everything in that I wanted done, and that needed to be done. He took his company IPad and worked out the costs in detail. They were very reasonable, and made it an easy and pleasant experience. Having had other companies out sending salesmen and not the experienced person who will be doing the work, was refreshing. Ron needed some parts to complete the job that day, and phoned his company to see if he could get them as soon as possible. His manager went out of his way to bring the parts to him. Ron was great to work with, conscientious, professional, and great at his job. He repaired and replaced the fixtures that were worn and inefficient, as well as cleaned everything up! I highly recommend Prime Plumbing and if you are lucky you will get Ron. We will use them again!“
