I've been working with Pioneer for almost 2 years now. The team always goes above and beyond to handle everything in regards to my properties. I never have to worry because I know my tenants are in good hands. I'll continue to use them as I expand my portfolio. I highly recommend. 10/10.

Pioneer is a GEM in this business. Their professionalism and patience is remarkable, even in dealing with difficult agencies. Ahmed is a very hardworking person that will go above and beyond for his clients. We couldn't have gone through all the hiccups without his help. He made sure he and the company deliver what they committed to. Highly recommended!

Somebody said that they had a bad experience dealing with Pioneer. My experience has been "mixed" from a cultural perspective. As an African American rental property owner I have had both good and bad experiences dealing with Pioneer. My complaint? Whenever they have Black tenants and a Black property owner they're pretty naive regarding how "malicious" those Black tenants will often be toward that Black property owner. So my experience was that in 1 particular House the Black tenants kept on maliciously breaking things in the property, and when they'd complain to Pioneer they would just "buy" whatever the tenant claimed needed to be fixed "no questions asked".
