Working with Ervin was a great experience. From visiting the store for expert advice on flooring to bringing home samples to visualize in our space, the process was seamless. We had to delay installation for several months, but when we were ready, Ervin picked up right where we left off. Scheduling the installation was quick and easy, and the work started in shortly thereafter! The onsite staff in my home were respectful, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. Ervin stayed in contact with me throughout, and the onsite manager was fantastic—clearly communicating each phase of the process. The attention to detail in the flooring and transitions was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the care they took.
