Client had a leak that came from outside to inside basement. The leak was fixed and I asked for certification that there was no mold. After several attempts to get that information I contacted the gentleman who did the job. He was rude, beligerent, screamed and hollered at me and my client on the phone. He said he wouldn't verify it because he wasn't certified to do that. He NEVER told me that. I am now days away from settlement and have to find someone to check for the mold. I have never been spoken to in the way that man spoke to me in my life.

We called Kurts K & K Kustom because of issues with lighting in our basement. Joe came out the next day and helped us with our electrical problems. He explained every detail to us and figured out and solved our issues the same day. We felt comfortable with him in our home and would definitely refer Kurts K & K along ( with Joe )to friends, family, neighbors and all we know. Now we can continue to enjoy our basement.
