“I interviewed for Operations Manager at the Glen Burnie office . Jayti was so nice and professional and had a clear passion for what she does . At the interview and our interaction afterwards , it was clear that this is a great company ran by good, caring people . They extended a generous offer to me and sadly I had to decline because my current employer , who I have spent many years with , made me an offer I could not turn down. I belong in a facility , hands on with care, speaking personally with my residents day to day and laying eyes on my care team. This is a part of my career I am not ready to let go of. I to, have a passion for what I do everyday. I have nothing but good brings to say about this company .“

She was able to convey the urgency and seriousness of the situation to my mom, and treated my mom with respect the entire time.
