Sue and her staff deserve a 10 out of 5! I've done some stupid things to my hair with fashion colors for the past 5 years, but needed a change to go with an upcoming change in life.Sue got me in the day after I inquired about going more natural and was very honest about how difficult it was going to be. For 6 hours she carefully stripped the layers of color out of my hair.
