Some had positive experiences, such as with a stylist named Cadence who was amazing and able to provide additional services that the customer needed. Another customer had a great experience with a blonde stylist at the far left booth, who greeted them immediately, helped them find what they needed, and provided helpful product recommendations. However, one customer had a less positive experience, where they felt the initial greeting was not friendly, and some stylists were unprofessional in their comments about a former stylist. Despite this, the stylist who cut the customer's hair was kind and stuck up for the former stylist. Overall, the experiences at Hair Cuttery seem to vary, with both positive and negative reviews.
I always get Kelly she has been cutting hair for as long as I can remember many many years over South Baltimore I really need to get my hair done by her this time cause I kinda cut my own hair too short & I know it’s uneven in certain places & definitely needs to be shaped up!!! 🥲💔 I know she will definitely shape it up for me n make it look good compared to my own haircut I did ! I think I learned my lesson this time around!!! She is a very nice & a great hair stylist!!! 💯💯🫶🏻🫶🏻 she definitely knows what she is doing! Went in for an eyebrow shape up and Cadence was amazing! She was even able to help me get other services done while I was there that I truly needed but didn’t notice she was so kind when explaining options of services to help with my issues. I see a lot of people on here complaining that they can’t get services done or being told theirs no availability but that’s not on the stylist that’s just how the industry is some services run longer than expected or like in my case I added services on while already there. I walked in with the first appointment of the day (1/13/24). I came here since my usual hairdresser is closed on the weekends and needed some quick highlights and a trim. I remembered coming here in the past when I lived nearby, and had a great experience every time with a hairdresser who used to work there. I walk in, with a friendly face asking "Hi please make me feel pretty again!", and the friendly vibe wasn't reciprocated.
