I gave this place 4 Star for one basic reason: Their prices for a basic haircut are about 7-10 bucks lower than the Hair Cuttery. I went back to HC after the pandemic and I just seemed to be spend more every time went there. It is almost 30 bucks for a 15 -20 minute haircut including the tip. Plus not all the stylists I had over the 4 years were not the best. You have to spend $31 bucks there if u want a specific stylist. Ridiculous. What happened to the pre- pandemic 18 haircut? I started going to Great Clips this year and I save 10-15 bucks a visit with the coupons. Even without a coupon, it is still much cheaper that HC. The stylists all did a good job and for my needs, they are just as good as the other more expensive salons. In general, if you need a simple men's or boys haircut , I'd go here. With all the outrageous COVID-flation we are all experiencing these days, YOU HAVE TO SHOP SMART.

Amie Eberly is outstanding. She remembers and knows exactly how like my hair trimmed and does it superbly. Give her a pay raise. She gives GreatClips a great name and reputation.

Had a 5 star experience, everything went great. The stylist took the time to get to know what I needed. And did everything according to my instructions perfectly. Now complaints would go again, recommended to anyone in the Pasadenaarea.
