Mrs Jackie has been very understanding and works hard getting things that my husband and l need. She is very knowledgeable, polite, caring, thoughtful and wonderful customer service. We feel like we have a friend with Jackie.
Jacqueline Parchment-Hastey worked with me to have my brother-in-law come to MD from VA to be buried when my sister did not have the resources to buried him in VA. She helps me through the process to not only make arrangements for him but to make the arrangements for my sister to be buried with him when it is her time. She always answered all my many questions, text and phone calls. It was a pleasure to work with her.
Natalie provided excellent service in preparing us for mom's burial. She walked us through the process, reserved the mausoleum to conduct the gravesite service, and during the 1 week follow-up she gave both my sister and I a candle with mom's picture, which was totally unexpected. The cemetery is very attractive and well maintained and now mom has been laid to rest beside dad and her oldest son. Mom had preplanned and paid for everything, but it was pleasure knowing that Glen Haven had all of her documentation on hand and we weren't required to retrieve our copies.
