HORRIBLE staff, HORRIBLE service, avoid at all costs!!!1. Completely incompetent office staff lost/misplaced X-rays multiple times and had to be reminded when they were sent.2. No respect for your time whatsoever, making you come in multiple times and giving you the run around about why different procedures are necessary and why it requires a separate appt. Extremely inefficient, they just want your $$$3. Novice dentists and staff who can't properly read X-rays and determine plan of action. 4. Constant changes related to which dentist will see you, without your knowledge, based on who is available on that day, which changes randomly without notice. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC, SUCH A JOKE OF A DENTAL PRACTICE!!!!

Front Staff has terrible attitudes and tries to argue with you when you explain your situation. I feel uncomfortable every time I have to call to make an appointment because the lady that answers is rude. I've been a waitress and receptionist for years and know what it's like to have to deal with people on a daily and this is not it. I can't wait until I'm done my Invisalign. PLEASE BE NICER GUYS you guys make me nervous lol

Don't go to this dental group! The people are rude and tell one lie right after another and then laugh about it! They scheduled a procedure other than the one requested even though I had them confirm the procedure along with date and time on the phone. Upon arrival at the office was told that they had scheduled a different procedure and if didn't agree to go along with the procedure then the broken appointment office fee would be charged! Five conversations with one male staffer on the phone and in person and he lied throughout all five conversations. When asked to speak to the office manager, was told she was too busy to talk to me. Remained in the office for over an hour and she remained too busy to talk to me apparently. Did speak to some business assistant and as he spoke it came out that the male staffer told me even more lies. Yet, no apology. No remedy to situation, just continued rudeness and denial. Don't go to this office! Doctors are generally aware of their staff doings and I can't believe it is any different for this doctor group. If this staff can lie numerous times and then deny their lies by telling more lies with such ease, it is obvious they have been doing this a long time and have gotten away with it. Don't go to this office!
