We just received our carpet and we couldn't be happier! Joe (the owner) came to our house the day after we spoke on the phone with carpet samples. He also measured that same day. It wasn't long after that they called and told us our carpet had arrived at the warehouse. The carpet installers called before they arrived and made quick work of it. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job with the installation. Also, the prices at Carpet Palace I are so reasonable compared to other places. We would 100% use their services again!

This is the third year in a row I've purchased wall to wall carpeting from carpet Palace. They're the best! I love their selection and they're the nicest people in the world to deal with. They're installers are wonderful people too, really fine folks to have in our home, wouldn't go anywhere else!

We selected Carpet Palace after a recommendation from a neighbor and had carpet installed in 3 rooms. The experience from start to finish was terrific! Joe came to us with samples and talked through options, listening to what we were looking for and price point. He provided recommendations and answered all of our questions. Installation was scheduled around our tough schedules, and the 2 staff (Morris and Lopez) were terrific as well! They were timely to arrive, professional, friendly, efficient and also answered all of my questions. Pleased with pricing, service and quality all around.
