The issue was no one called me like the appointment said ( It was the 3 bundle and style how you want deal)to confirm the type of hair that I would need for my upcoming appointment.I was supposed to have a weave done with them. I know they do a good job , but they only do full weaves with lace. I was looking for an actual full weave which these youngins most likely ? haven't seen or done. They're was a $25 deposit and they say they keep the deposit and it will be applied to your next visit. I was confused because you can't do what I ask and I was prepared to pay but you as a stylist couldn't do it for me. Purchased luxe curly hair for my Granddaughter. The hair is good quality. The salon owner is friendly and exercised EXCELLENT customer service skills. will definitely purchase again!
