I've had phenomenal experience with David and Bob, the two owners of Arundel Contracting. I found the company as the licensed installer of Duradek membrane. I hired them to fix the small second-floor balcony, which was leaking, resulting in wet spots in the first-floor family room. In all our interactions, starting with the estimates, to the negotiations, to the actual construction, the two contractors displayed very high skill, professionalism, and punctuality.
