Not accommodating at all!!! We inform the nurse what days we’re not available due to prior schedule doctors appointments but she doesn’t care. Everything has to be according to her schedule. Last time she came she shows up late and we were late for doctors appointment and she was fully aware of our doctors appointment. When we tell her it’s not a good day or time she gets an attitude. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

I have Dealt with a lot of home nursing companies. I have 3 Family members that I take care of! This home nursing company was the worst by far! Very unprofessional! Double talked ! Rude ! And basically did nothing for my mom whom they were contracted for! They were there for three visits! I was told they were gonna be there for 4 to 5 weeks! Was told that I could have nursing , occupational therapy and a tech if needed! I Told them my mother was in need of nursing and a tech being completely bedridden! As a professional in senior care/ assisted living i work with Amedisys on a regular basis. The home health nurses are professional and caring, their therapists are helpful and kind and their administration is clear and complete. Residents have nothing but positive reports for their staff. I am happy to partner with Amedisys.
