Our service technician was very professional, personable, and he took time inspecting everything. When finished he explained what was found and what was performed. I was very happy to hear he found no issues and that our furnace was in great shape.
I was due a furnace maintenance check scheduled time between 9 am to 1 pm .Tech showed up around 08:45 .He was every courteous and professional. He answered all our questions and did a thorough furnace check.
Previously Ambient was always here early or right on time. Not today. Over an hour late. When I called, I was told there is a 4 hour window. We were never told that. Our confirmation email said 8am.
