Dr. Drogula is a superb physician and I have been traveling 45 minutes to see her for the past 20 years. Unfortunately, the support staff has changed and is no longer kind, compassionate, knowledgable and friendly as they were years ago. Now, the desk staff is curt, impatient, and at times, rude.
I would recommend Dr. Drogula to any woman of any age. I hope that whoever oversees the support staff will consider more training.
It has been a week since I posted this review and no one from the office has reached out to discuss it. Further proof.
BEWARE ! I am a high risk patient who, in the past had excellent care by phenomenal doctors - the Dr. had me on a six month program for check ups; however the nurse practitioners do tend to turn over a lot. I was supposed to come to the office in Sept 2024 - in Aug they cancelled the appointment due to the turnover of the practitioner In June, I had a medical emergency not related to breast care but when I was in the hospital, a CT scan revealed a problem. I called the office and there was no reasoning with the girl who answered the phone. I wanted to make an appointment and she could not seem to understand the urgency of the call. I said that I had no choice but to change practices and she giggled, said OK and hung up. This is no way to to treat patients with concerns such as this office treats. The Dr. is fabulous, I hope she can find competent staff :(
Dr. Hosley made my annual well woman visit a pleasure, and I never thought I could say that. Her bedside manner was impeccable. She took time to listen to me and address each and every concern. She was detailed in her responses and explanations. I left very satisfied that I had a thorough and detailed exam and understanding of what was going on. Everyone that I met at the office was great as well. I nicknamed the receptionist Ms. Sunshine. Definitely highly recommend this office and doctor.
