I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Twice I’ve called them for what seemed like a big-deal type of issue, and both times it was a small thing that they fixed with no additional cost beyond the contracted visit. (First time it was my furnace: just a loose wire; second time it was my air handler: blown fuse and a broken drain pan plug: they told me exactly what parts I needed from the hardware store as a way to avoid what they’d charge for a follow up visit, and i fixed both myself for $20. In both cases they could have charged me huge amounts for an unnecessary repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference.)
