This store in Germantown is well organized and clean. The girls were super kind and helpful. I ordered online a foundation that did not match my skin color and decided to exchange it for another one with a warmer tone. I had a very good customer experience and truly recommend visiting Ulta. There are a lot of excellent brands for make up and fragances. My advice: be prepared to spend some time at the store. There is so much to see! Enjoy!

I'm a beauty novice and came in for help picking out shades for bronzer and highlighter. I spoke with someone and they spent time walking me around to show me brands they like and think are worth the money and helping me pick out shades that would work well with my skin tone. I really appreciated the individual attention I got here.

I mean like they nice over here and all but they run out of products a little too fast . Get tired of hearing “well we can order it for you” like cmon people want their merchandise right then and there ……
