Germantown primary care center is a bad office please don't make appointment here I got ignored today just because of a small amount of $50 staff and doctors have just focus on money for the patients Nurse Eleanor Dzodzomen didn't attend me because I have to pay 50 dollars first she put me on steroids, pain killer and muscle relaxation meditation but refuses to attend and billing department took the time of visit to instead of my care giver and trying to make an appointment very un professional doctors and staff

I understand it's trying times since we are going through Covid but I still can't understand how to have a practice that doesn't answer any phone calls or return calls from messages that I left. I had to physically go to the office to talk to them. Then find out that they called in a wrong prescription that afternoon and tried calling them back several times since I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Once I did get a hold of someone the lady was rude when I told her about the mistake that they made. Needless to say a day later and I still have no re-fill and you can't leave a message on the phone. Need to find a doctor's office that actually cares about customer service.

Dr Yang is terrific and she listened to everything I had going on and offered excellent advice for me. Her receptionist Sue was absolutely terrific and so nice! Dr Yang physician assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t retain her name) was awesome too! Everyone there is awesome! I look forward to staying on as a patient somewhere I feel heard and respected!
