On January 25, 2024 water began to back up into my kitchen sink and overflow onto the floor from another unit at the Vale Apartments in D.C. O'Conner Plumbing was sent to my unit. Previously, building maintenance came to the unit but remained outside because he refused to wear a mask offered even though I told him immune compromised individuals lived in the unit. On the other hand, I asked the two gentleman, Anthony and Dylan from 'O'Conner Plumbing if they mind putting on a mask I provided before entering the unit. Great service call from Spencer. He was on time, gave a detailed description of what needed to be done, and accomplished the job efficiently. Cost was in line with what I expected and was discussed up front. Long-time customer and will continue using O'Connor.

Tony came on time, was very polite, did a great job clearing the condenser drain on my air conditioning unit, switched out the fill valve in a toilet, and I will definitely use this company again.
