This staff is beyond description not only for clinical skill but for empathy, kindness and total devotion to Bernie, for sure, and I am sure for all their clients. Dr. Lavora will be sorely missed but Dr. Walston is already demonstrating not only skill but the tenderness that a great pediatrician provides to children.. His staff of techs are highly responsive and very capable of handling not only routine care but also emergency needs. Their receptionist is very efficient and great at getting messages and responses back and forth between client and tech and doc. The staff and vets are very friendly and personable. They spend quality time with you and do not make you feel rushed. I have 2 dogs and they always give me appointments for both at the same time. They spend time on each individually and are very knowledgeable about each. I’m sure they check their past records but I expect them to and are prepared for each individual needs. Great place !
I was very pleased with how fast I was able to get Boomer in for a sick appointment. Little Seneca Animal Hospital has been caring for Boomer, my dog, for 13 years. The staff has always been very warm and compassionate. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. Thank you Dr. LeVora and staff
