I'm going to the beach this week so decided to get a bikini wax. Walked into the center and I like how it is decorated, minimalist, feminine and clean. My waxer was Olivia. Olivia was excellent! I was at ease straight off the bat and just chatting with her that I barely noticed the pain. The result was exactly what I wanted. I recommend Olivia for your waxing needs.

Cerria is the best waxer, she’s super sweet and such a genuine soul. She’s very gentle and makes the waxing experience 10x better Jas is also a sweet receptionist and she makes coming into the location a fun experience

I original rated my experience with EWC as a three, but I've changed it to five stars because after posting my rating, the owner followed-up with me via a phone call and apologized for my bad experience. I appreciate this quality of customer service! I also want to add that the front desk staff has always been amazing and my past visits to this location of EWC have been great. I won't let the experience with one specific specialist deter me from visiting again.
