First time using a dry cleaner. I brought in multiple items, including a suit and dress shirts. Everything was ready on time and well pressed with no issues. Elisia was very polite and paid close attention to detail. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience

The customer service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented. It’s rare these days to find staff who genuinely care about the customer’s experience, but here I truly felt valued. My clothes came back perfectly cleaned and well cared for.
