Dr.Mitra Hashemi. I would not give even a one star. I only had my annual physicals with her, and she denied all tests that I wanted to do to monitor my health.The doctor that literally works against patients and the business where she is employed at.Last year I wanted to test my levels of zinc and copper after the COVID, she denied ordering tests saying that it is just enough to eat healthy! No, it is not, and there are studies about that.This year, 06/15/2023, I wanted to test my T3 for my thyroid because my previous years' results were low, she again denied ordering it, almost fighting me that I do not need it! My experience today has been the same as it’s been the last few visits, horrible. Today my appointment was at 10:00 I finally got in to see the doctor at 11:28The waiting room is set up so that all the chairs point in one direction. Everyone has watch HGTV for however long. It’s brutal punishment. It’s 11:32 and still no Doctor!!!

worst televisit ever with Vera Ogembe. I followed up with her after an urgent care visit to be rudely told she couldn't do anything and i needed to follow up with urgent care again???. Pointless copay for 2 minute televisit that was a waste of time. Looks like some of those providers just don't want to work or forgot what they became doctors for.This practice only has one good provider, Melissa Bandele. If it wasn't because she's great, I would have already looked another PC.
