Gene and company go above and beyond! Great customer service, good craftsmanship and very knowledgeable. Even fixed a glass shower a previous contractor had botched up. Highly recommend.
They did great work qith installing new shower glass and doors but apparently they won't service their work. I have spoke to them on several occasions and make appt twice and they didn't not show up. I attributed it to Covid 2 years ago but reached out and spoke to Gene last month and he said they would stop by and replace the trim on shower door. Said they had the materials. Asked for a picture which I sent by email.. Haven't heard from him since. I call now and don't get an answer. Not sure whats going on.
Gene is great. He came in and explained every option to me. He came in under every other quote I got when calling 4 other companies and he adjusted to my schedule. He was very friendly and ensured I didn't make any mistakes by suggesting taller glass and a larger door. I would of picked the wrong setup if it wasn't for him suggesting a better look for the doors. I will definitely be recommending him to all my neighbors if they every remodel a master bath.
