“It was the strong reviews on here that lead me to Arthur and I was not disappointed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. He answered questions through out the process. He was willing to send me a text when he was on the way over versus making me sit home all day waiting. There was a bit of work to be done and the price seemed fair and reasonable considering all that was done. In similar situations with other companies, I felt like they tried to take advantage when you were in a difficult situation, and I didn't feel that way at all with Arthur. He replaced the seal/wax and leveled the floor which contributed to the leak over time. Previously used for main water line valve replacement, toilet leak, sump pump replacement and water heater replacement and had good experience.“

“I needed a plumber for my bath tub faucet. My neighbor referred me to Howard Plumbing. My home and plumbing is over 50 years old. They were able to replace the broken parts. But they were concerned about the tile on the bathroom wall side that they might damage one of the tiles trying to remove it to do the repair. They did crack a piece off. They could not replace it with a same color tile. They said they could putty both pieces together in place. I agreed to that. The wall looks fine. They did a great job. They are concerned, caring, and professional in their work. I highly reccomend them.“

Tim and Darren were able to come out the next day and were on time and professional. While here, they were able to accommodate another repair, which I hadn’t mentioned when scheduling the appointment.“

“Joe and Sam to young men who are very professional and knew their craft came and complete the installation of my new water heater unit. My old unit was 23 years old and it was leaking. Joe came first and carefully removed the old unit and replaced it. He was focused and very friendly. I felt good to have someone who was confident working on my system. An important feature is they are local and very fair with their price. Also I asked Joe about the price to replace my toilet, and he looked at it and said the toilet is fine just replace the gasket. He share the simplicity of the process so I got a gasket and did it myself and saved money from having to buy a new toilet. Thanks Joe for that advice. At the end Joe and Sam explained what they did how to run the new unit and made sure I was clear on the steps. Brian kept in touch and followed up with all my questions quickly. I will be using then again. I have used other plumbers in the past. In my opinion Modern Plumbing systems is the best. Thanks again guys for your service.“

Ron also pointed out, and showed me some things that needed replacement to prevent further issues during our thorough walk through, both inside and outside this old house. He typed everything in that I wanted done, and that needed to be done. He took his company IPad and worked out the costs in detail. They were very reasonable, and made it an easy and pleasant experience. Having had other companies out sending salesmen and not the experienced person who will be doing the work, was refreshing. Ron needed some parts to complete the job that day, and phoned his company to see if he could get them as soon as possible. His manager went out of his way to bring the parts to him. “If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My water supply line broke on the Sunday before labor day and Alpha came out on Tuesday to put together a quote. The entire job was done by Friday!! “We'll never use another company so long as we are in this area! Last Sunday we had an issue with our compressor, I woke up to the thermostat reading 82 degrees whilst set in 70. I called Grove and they were amazing-everything from customer service, punctuality, and the price were spot on. I waited 30 minutes from the time I called to have someone at my door. He was upfront about pricing and FAST!! We could feel the A/C kick in before be left our home. Super impressed. Didnt try to sell us anything, which made it even better! They know the Bowie Levitt homes well and were able to clear blockage quickly and professionally. They were clean, mindful of a sleeping baby, and cleaned the worksite before leaving. “On Wednesday morning I noticed that my constant pressure well pump was running continuously. After confirming that there must be a serious leak and that it was not inside the house I found water bubbling around our outside well pump. After turning off the pump I placed an emergency “no water” repair request with our commercial plumber of 25 years. They said they “might” be able to come out on Friday, 2 days later. So I called 3 other contractors including Scardina who I had never used before. They had their crew at my home in less than 3 hours. Immediately identifying the problem Earl & Bobby spent the next 7 hours digging a 5ft trench around the well head casing. They found the leak (an iron pipe collar that our home builder should have never used due to rusting), replaced it with solid stainless steel fittings, and then replaced everything (including the surrounding landscape material & plants) as if nothing was ever disturbed. Long story short, in record time my well pump was repaired and I could once again take a shower.
I can’t say enough good things about Sardinia Plumbing, and more specifically Bobby & Earl. They have won my business and loyalty as a future customer with one single visit. (I even erased my prior plumbing contractor number from my phone). They were timely (crucial), professional (required) and courteous (appreciated) during the entire operation.
