“It was the strong reviews on here that lead me to Arthur and I was not disappointed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. He answered questions through out the process. He was willing to send me a text when he was on the way over versus making me sit home all day waiting. There was a bit of work to be done and the price seemed fair and reasonable considering all that was done. In similar situations with other companies, I felt like they tried to take advantage when you were in a difficult situation, and I didn't feel that way at all with Arthur. “I have been using MidAtlantic water service for probably over 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the service I received. Last week Wayne and Travis came out and replaced my four piece kitchen faucet with a new faucet. They also fix the hot water shut off valve for me. As usual for MidAtlantic, the area was left spotless.... I'm embarrassed to say it was left cleaner than it was when Wayne and Travis arrived. From installing a new water treatment system for me to delivering my solar salt and every imaginable plumbing issue in between, MidAtlantic water service in Annapolis is my "go to" Company.“

“Joe and Sam to young men who are very professional and knew their craft came and complete the installation of my new water heater unit. My old unit was 23 years old and it was leaking. Joe came first and carefully removed the old unit and replaced it. He was focused and very friendly. I felt good to have someone who was confident working on my system. An important feature is they are local and very fair with their price. Also I asked Joe about the price to replace my toilet, and he looked at it and said the toilet is fine just replace the gasket. He share the simplicity of the process so I got a gasket and did it myself and saved money from having to buy a new toilet. Thanks Joe for that advice. At the end Joe and Sam explained what they did how to run the new unit and made sure I was clear on the steps. Brian kept in touch and followed up with all my questions quickly. “Once again Tony of Carson Plumbing saved the day. With a leak discovered last Saturday, we were thrilled that Tony was able to get us on his schedule for the day. He arrived early, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. He explained what had happened and what he did to resolve it. They know the Bowie Levitt homes well and were able to clear blockage quickly and professionally. They were clean, mindful of a sleeping baby, and cleaned the worksite before leaving.
