It was the strong reviews on here that lead me to Arthur and I was not disappointed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. He answered questions through out the process. He was willing to send me a text when he was on the way over versus making me sit home all day waiting. There was a bit of work to be done and the price seemed fair and reasonable considering all that was done. In similar situations with other companies, I felt like they tried to take advantage when you were in a difficult situation, and I didn't feel that way at all with Arthur.
