“What an incredible experience from start to finish. Service calls and doctor appointments - share a common thread - no one wants either but they are necessary for a functioning home or your personal health. Beltway HVAC is the company you want to call when your HVAC goes pear shaped. They provide a 4 hour service window - which I’m usually very Leary about, lots of bad experiences with 4 hour window businesses - but Beltway kept the communication lines open - I was alerted a couple days prior, the day of the service and when my technician was en route.
Our technician, Moe was great - he was thorough - friendly - professional - knowledgeable, personable - and explained the issues and walked us through the problems and the solutions at a level we could understand. I was comfortable with the cost - it’s a great value when you have a company that cares about your equipment and maintaining it for a lifetime. I was upfront with my cost ceiling and just asked that he let me know when we were getting close - there was transparency through the whole process. Fortunately we didn’t even come close. Overall I’m very happy with Beltway HVAC and would recommend them 100 times over. I’m actually looking forward to the next time I need a service“

“We'll never use another company so long as we are in this area! Last Sunday we had an issue with our compressor, I woke up to the thermostat reading 82 degrees whilst set in 70. I called Grove and they were amazing-everything from customer service, punctuality, and the price were spot on. I waited 30 minutes from the time I called to have someone at my door. He was upfront about pricing and FAST!! We could feel the A/C kick in before be left our home. Super impressed. Didnt try to sell us anything, which made it even better! Will use Grove again and again and I highly recommend you give them a shot!“
“Update 9/13: We received a call from a manager at Clarksville Heating, who took our concerns in the original review very seriously. The following week a new technician visited and actually troubleshooted the problem. Without going into too much detail, the issue we are having can be very time consuming and challenging to get to the bottom.of, so even after he was done we aren't 100% sure it is fixed. However, we are pleased that he tried to address the underlying problem (instead of just applying a band aid like last time) and he identified and fixed some issues that were very likely at the root of the problem. So far, our heat pump is still working, but he also said we could call him back should we have further issues with it, so that he could troibleshoot more. We appreciate the timely follow up service and that Clarksville heard our concerns.
In short, we do not recommend Clarksville Heating due to the poor service a technician provided by (1) arriving 1.5 hours outside the service window, and (2) failing to take the time to diagnose the root cause of an issue with our heat pump, which periodically failed.
We called Clarksville Heating to help us address a recurring problem related to our heat pump. The heat pump stopped working three times within the span of a few months and kept blowing a fuse in the air handler. We were hoping that Clarksville Heating would be able to identify the root cause of the issue and diagnose the reason for the heat pump’s failure.
The Clarksville Heating technician arrived 1.5 hours after the arrival window and Clarksville Heating did not contact us first to provide an ETA. After patiently waiting, we had to call them to receive an updated ETA.
After the technician arrived, we explained the history of the heat pump's failure and that we were looking for a root cause of the heat pump failure. After doing his work, the technician said that he could not find a short. He charged $400 for the appointment, which included replacing the blown fuse. The fuse then blew again four hours later.
He did not take the time to diagnose the underlying cause of the blown fuse, which is the entire purpose of the call, and something that any HVAC professional should do.
We do not recommend Clarksville Heating unless or until they can provide a technician who will take the time to adequately identify the root cause of the issue.
We will update the review if/when they resolve our problem.“

“We were experiencing an issue with our A/C at our business. I called several company's and Universal was the only to answer the phone. Others eventually called back but several hours later. Universal told me they could have someone out the same day and gave me a time slot. The Technician arrived early and within a few hours determined the problem and ordered the parts. The next day I received a call the parts came in and they were coming right out to replace. The technician also provided advice on a few things to make sure the unit was operating optimally. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will call them again if we ever experience other issues with our system. “On Wednesday morning I noticed that my constant pressure well pump was running continuously. After confirming that there must be a serious leak and that it was not inside the house I found water bubbling around our outside well pump. After turning off the pump I placed an emergency “no water” repair request with our commercial plumber of 25 years. They said they “might” be able to come out on Friday, 2 days later. So I called 3 other contractors including Scardina who I had never used before. They had their crew at my home in less than 3 hours. Immediately identifying the problem Earl & Bobby spent the next 7 hours digging a 5ft trench around the well head casing. They found the leak (an iron pipe collar that our home builder should have never used due to rusting), replaced it with solid stainless steel fittings, and then replaced everything (including the surrounding landscape material & plants) as if nothing was ever disturbed. Long story short, in record time my well pump was repaired and I could once again take a shower.
I can’t say enough good things about Sardinia Plumbing, and more specifically Bobby & Earl. They have won my business and loyalty as a future customer with one single visit. (I even erased my prior plumbing contractor number from my phone). They were timely (crucial), professional (required) and courteous (appreciated) during the entire operation. “Stephen Breaton, Owner Operator at PureCraft, is absolutely fantastic!!! Not only is he very knowledgeable and responsive, he gives you multiple scenarios to achieve what you're looking for instead of just one quick answer. You have a lot of companies that are looking for the fast buck and taking the easiest path for their own benefit. Unlike Stephen, who really does take the time to learn about your scope of work and come up with the best solution possible.I personally have used him for my home residence, in which he installed an entire new Carrier HVAC system and smart Wi-Fi stat, as well as for my RE projects. In addition to installing entire brand new systems on my projects, he has ran full ductwork for a completely gutted property that was being rehabbed. He's very meticulous and calculates what your project needs with a Manual J report- in terms of the right system, how much area to heat/cool, where should the lines run for the vents etc. PureCraft comes up with all the necessary drawings and permits to get it done right. NO SHORTCUTS.I would think that I have a pretty decent sample size of experience with them, having been fortunate to work with PureCraft on various projects.
