“We scheduled an appointment today for the first time, based on a Google search of the reviews, and I am so glad we did! We requested the appointment online, and it was actually easy and had same day availability. We picked "any" for our hair stylist, and we ended up with a woman named Donna whom was absolutely wonderful with my child. She treated her like a "grown up" in the sense that she let her speak about what she wanted and truly heard her. Donna was even able to fit me (mom) in after her! 10/10 recommendation for the salon as a whole (the other stylist there also was doing wonderful work). We will be back for sure. :D“

“This is where I almost always go to get a haircut these days, pretty much since they opened honestly. The service is normally very good, I love the laid back sports atmosphere, and it's nice to watch TV while getting a haircut. It beats just staring at the floor! I get the MVP, which includes the cut, shampoo & wash, hot towel, and shoulder massage. It's a little pricy, but it's worth it.“

Rose did a great job with my daughter's hair. She loves the highlights. She was very personable and helpful.

Cindy had my mom who is in a wheelchair. She and Rose took extra care making sure my mom was able to transfer safely. Mom loves her perm even though she has thin and very straight hair.

I highly recommend this salon. The stylists listen, actually hear what the client wants, and interpret the best way to style with the client's hair type.

“I’ve always preferred ULTA over Sephora, because in my personal experience, ULTA has better customer service. I typically go to the location closest to my house, but this location in Gambrills is closer to my job. I don’t leave work until after 6:30pm, so I have to wait until the weekend to make my ULTA visit because it’s closed by the time I get home. Tonight, I tried this location for the first time and was not disappointed. The store was pretty well stocked and organized, and I didn’t feel rushed. I got there right at 7 and had plenty of time to look for new products and get my staples that I’m about to run out of. The young lady who checked me out was Keren, and she was nice and friendly. I’m so happy that I’ll be able to visit this location during the week instead of having to wait until weekends to visit my local ULTA, because I’ll definitely be returning!“
