Shelly was very nice and polite and was very accommodating. I came in as a walk-in, and she came right up and greeted me and got me signed in. And then she was my stylist. I showed her my hair and pictures that I came in with an idea of what I wanted. she looked in my hair gave me a consultation. She gave me a very nice and relaxing shampoo. And before she cut, we went over what I wanted and she completely understood, and gave me a great cut. I checked out with her. I had a text coupon code which she honored and thanks to me told me to come back again and let me know what day she was available. I went to Hair Cuttery to get an updo for a Military Ball I was attending that evening. I had made a online appointment a few days prior. Not knowing who to select as my stylist I chose "Next Available". The system assigned me to a stylist. At the time of my arrival, I learned the stylist I had been assigned to didn't do updos but she had kindly switched me to the only person in the salon that does, Sabeen. To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. First, Sabeen is so sweet, fun and adorable to talk to. Second, she gave me a gorgeous updo. I couldn't have been any happier. Very welcoming as I came as a Walk-in. Jennifer cut my hair and she was fabulous!!! She was easy to talk to and she listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for!Love Waugh Chapel Hair Cuttery!❤️
